Baby Advice That Works For Your Health
A fellow student gave me some advice on soothing my baby. She said that you have to keep trying different things until you find something that works. When you do find something that works, it will eventually stop working and then you’ll have to try something new. You’ll continually be looking for new ways to soothe your baby. She made a point to emphasize that it was important to go back into your repertoire because you never knew when something might work again.
This applies to health and healing as well. Different approaches to health may be effective for a while and then lose their effectiveness. Since your body is not as noisy as a crying baby, you may not even notice that something isn’t working anymore for you. Or, you may have forgotten about a healing modality that you used 10 years ago for a sprained ankle that might be just the right thing for your headache today.
This got me thinking of making an inventory of all of the healing modalities I have tried or trained in. I’ll try and remember everything. In no particular order:
Western medicine, chiropractic treatments, naturopathy, muscle testing / applied kinesiology, acupuncture, Reiki, past life regression hypnotherapy, osteopathy, Eat Right for Your Type diet, vegetarianism, veganism, Dr. Hulda Clarke’s liver cleanse, reflexology, QXCI quantum medicine, meditation, visualization, Matrix Energetics quantum physics, Tuina massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, cranial sacral therapy, physiotherapy, pendulum dowsing, homeopathy, Qi Gong, chanting, and chelation.
I think that’s all of them!
Today’s Key to Healing:
Stuck in a health rut? Try something new or go back to something that has worked in the past.
What I Learned Today:
I did say I’d write the truth and write from my authentic self. Therefore, I’ll have to say I learned nothing today.
Please Help Me Reach My Goal
